MEET Damian

In 2010, I realized I wasn’t living my best life. That’s when I made the decision to surrender my life to Jesus Christ, a decision that transformed me into the man I am today. That journey led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in ministry and step fully into my calling of helping others find their purpose.

Today, as a coach, mentor, speaker, and founder of III Strong, I equip leaders, teams, businesses, and individuals with the tools to grow, lead, and dominate. My mission is simple: to empower people to live with strength, faith, and purpose- no matter the challenges they face. I’ve had to overcome numerous challenges throughout my lifetime, and you can too.
